I just placed an order, can I cancel it? +
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel it. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, please place a new order and request a return for the original item. For immediate assistance, email orders@onlyoneusa.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
I only received part of my order. Where is the rest? +
Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses. If you received only part of your order, the remaining items are on the way. You will receive separate tracking emails as each package ships.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through? +
Order confirmations are sent immediately after checkout. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam or junk folder. If your card was charged and you still don’t see a confirmation, contact orders@onlyoneusa.com.
I didn’t receive a tracking number. When should I expect it? +
Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. During high-demand releases, processing times may be slightly longer. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Why isn’t my tracking updating? +
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the shipping label is created. If the carrier has not scanned the package yet, it may not appear in the system right away.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment? +
We are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. Each order is processed individually.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return? +
To start a return, email orders@onlyoneusa.com. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges? +
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? +
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email orders@onlyoneusa.com with your order number and photos.
Are there any items that cannot be returned? +
Sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
How do refunds work? +
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact orders@onlyoneusa.com.
Which countries do you ship to? +
Only One USA ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.
How long does customer service take to respond? +
